GoddessGrounded is a digital companion app for women in relationships, helping them stay connected to themselves and, from there, to a grounded relationship. GoddessGrounded is a trade name operated under the same sole proprietorship as GoddessAlert, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 54496462.
GoddessGrounded is a private application for women in relationships. You use it to:
Account data: email address, registration date, language preference.
Waitlist data: email address submitted via the waitlist form on goddessgrounded.app, used solely to notify you of the app launch.
Assessment data: your responses to the self-assessment across six dimensions — self-connection, self-awareness, naming needs, boundaries, identity, and presence.
Daily data: intentions set, reflections recorded, tips viewed and rated, check-in responses.
Usage data: login times, session length, feature usage, Groundedness Score history.
GoddessGrounded does not process data about your partner or other third parties. We do not process financial data (GoddessGrounded is free), health data as defined under Article 9 GDPR, or location data.

After the retention period, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
GoddessGrounded never sells your data to third parties. We share data only with processors who process data on our behalf:
All processors are bound by data processing agreements and process data in accordance with GDPR. We may provide data to government authorities if legally required to do so.
GoddessGrounded does not use Stripe — the app is free and no payment data is processed.
Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection through the use of European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and recognised certification schemes.
Technical measures: encryption of data at rest and in transit (HTTPS), Row Level Security ensuring each user can only access their own data, magic link authentication without stored passwords, and regular security audits.
Organisational measures: minimal data access, confidentiality obligations, and an incident procedure for data breaches in accordance with GDPR requirements.
In the event of a data breach likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with Article 34 GDPR.

Functional cookies (necessary): session management for logged-in users and language preference.
Analytical cookies (anonymised): general usage behaviour for product development, without personal tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies and do not share data with advertising networks.
When the partner link becomes available, the following principles will apply:
GoddessGrounded is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of minors. If we establish that data of a minor has been processed, we will delete it immediately.
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notification in the app. The date of the last update is stated at the top of this document.
Continued use of GoddessGrounded after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
