GoddessGrounded is a daily companion app for women in relationships, helping them stay connected to themselves — and from there, to a grounded relationship. GoddessGrounded is a trade name operated under the same sole proprietorship as GoddessAlert, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 54496462.
By using GoddessGrounded, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the service.
GoddessGrounded is intended exclusively for:
GoddessGrounded reserves the right to terminate accounts in cases of misuse or use contrary to these terms.
You create an account with your email address. Access is provided via a magic link — no password is stored. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that take place through your account.
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
GoddessGrounded is and will remain completely free to use. There are no subscription fees, no premium tiers, and no hidden costs. No credit card is ever required.
GoddessGrounded is funded through the commercial success of its sister app GoddessAlert, which donates 10% of profits to women's equality organisations and 10% to sustainability causes. GoddessGrounded is part of that mission.

GoddessGrounded is a tool for personal growth. Responsibility for your behaviour and choices in your relationships remains yours at all times.
GoddessGrounded uses AI technology (Anthropic Claude API) to personalise daily tips and reflection prompts. The following applies:
When this feature becomes available, separate and updated terms will apply to the linked functionality. You will be informed in advance and asked for explicit consent before any data is shared between the two apps.
You are under no obligation to use the partner link feature. GoddessGrounded remains fully functional as a standalone app.
All content, designs, texts, software, and other materials of GoddessGrounded are the property of GoddessGrounded and protected by intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use GoddessGrounded content without prior written consent.
Personal reflections, intentions, and other data you enter remain your own. You grant GoddessGrounded a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
GoddessGrounded aims for high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
GoddessGrounded reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue the service at any time. In the event of discontinuation, registered users will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

Because GoddessGrounded is a free service, liability is in all cases limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence by GoddessGrounded.
GoddessGrounded may periodically update these Terms of Use. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of GoddessGrounded after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may delete your account at any time.
These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, the competent court in the Netherlands has exclusive jurisdiction.
As a consumer, you also have the option to submit a dispute to the Dutch Disputes Committee or via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
